The SRS™ Z1 offers excellent productivity in a compact frame while delivering superior control and performance for thick grass, slopes, and uneven terrain and is ideal for navigating tight corners and smaller areas. The operator platform is equipped with Ferris’s patented, next-generation suspension technology and is fully customizable for various operating conditions, optimizing operator comfort and increasing productivity.
The heavy-duty dual commercial-grade Hydro-Gear® ZT-3400™ transaxles provide a top ground speed of 8 MPH. The quick-fill system makes hydraulic maintenance much easier, and the dual hydraulic reservoirs reduce the risk of cross-contaminating the oil in the transaxles.
The Z1 is available with a 19 HP Kawasaki® engine, a 22 HP Kawasaki® engine, or a 23 HP Briggs & Stratton® Vanguard® engine.
The Z1 has floating deck sizes of 36 and 48 inches, allowing for increased productivity without compromising comfort or the trusted Ferris cut quality. The multiple choices in engines and deck sizes give commercial landscapers and homeowners alike the flexibility to choose the mower that best suits their specific requirements.
