The 48 HP CAT® turbo diesel engine offers double the longevity of a traditional gas engine, and with a 72-inch cutting deck, it provides long-lasting power and ultimate efficiency, even in the most demanding conditions. The 72-inch deck features a hydraulic deck lift that makes it easy to lift and lower the mower deck from 1.5 to 6 inches to achieve the optimal cutting height for the job at hand.

Ferris’s patented, next-generation suspension technology utilizes an automotive-style suspension system featuring an independent front axle and innovative control arms. This design ensures that the front wheels closely follow the contour of the terrain and remain in contact with the ground, regardless of the landscape. This maximizes stability and traction on slopes, enhances operator comfort, and improves cut quality.

The premium high-back suspension seat can be fully customized with adjustable suspension, armrests, lumbar support, a headrest, and a seat reclining option. This further enhances operator comfort and increases productivity.

The interactive onboard LCD display panel monitors and maintains the mower’s performance for optimal operation. It also ensures the proper engagement of safety interlock modules and mower components by providing visual fault indicators, which helps extend the life of the belts and clutch.

The heavy-duty Warner Electric clutch and a right-angled Curtis© gearbox with dual 1-inch shafts harness more horsepower for a smoother, more powerful cutting performance.

The dual commercial-grade 21CC Hydro-Gear® hydraulic pumps, along with the 20.6 cubic-inch Parker hydraulic wheel motors, maximize the drive system’s performance and durability, and the external hydraulic oil cooler increases the system’s longevity and durability.
